History
ImproveIT Solutions was founded in 2016 in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, by Vitalii Vershynin and Taras Chornyi.
In its early years, the company focused on IT staff augmentation services for clients in Western and Northern Europe, including organizations based in France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Between 2019 and 2022, the company expanded its activities to include full-cycle software development services. In 2021, it opened a development office in Lviv, Ukraine, and joined the Lviv IT Cluster, an industry association of technology companies.[2]
In 2023, the company relocated its headquarters to Warsaw, Poland, while continuing to operate development centers in Ukraine.
Since 2022, co-founder Taras Chornyi has been serving voluntarily in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to media reports, he serves in the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura”.[3]
