Comment: The main issue now is "corporate depth", see WP:SIRS and the section on corporate depth. There are some reliable sources, but they are only giving in passing reference to the company. The DZ coverage is in the right area, however see the separate issue about local newspaper coverage in WP:AUD: that too does not help with notability. It should be said that mostly companies of this profile cannot get over the notability requirements here since passing references and routine business matters do not count. Comment: Hi! This company MIGHT be notable (i.e. eligible for an encyclopedia article in wikipedia) but you haven't shown it. You would need to show that it has WP:SIGCOV - that is that there is significant coverage about the company in multiple, independent sources like newspapers, not press releases or PR websites. Take a look at WP:NCORP to see what kind of coverage would qualify a company for inclusion in Wikipedia. Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including working at the company or being paid to write them a Wikipedia page, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link). Future Processing is a Polish technology company. It was founded in 2000 by Jarosław Czaja and is headquartered in Gliwice, Upper Silesia.
Future Processing specialises in software engineering and building tailored digital products, and works extensively with international clients including major businesses in the United Kingdom, Germany and Scandinavia.
The company has been described by The New York Times as part of a generation of technology firms that emerged during the Poland's economic expansion in the early 2000s.[1] Future Processing has also been cited as being part of a technology-led revival of Gliwice.[2]
Future Processing now employs more than 800 people and generates approximately $70m in annual revenue.
History
Future Processing was started by Jarosław Czaja, a former computer science student at Gliwice’s Silesian University of Technology.[3] Its original office was on the first floor of Czaja's house. Czaja's passion for computers began at an early age after he became fascinated by computers.[4]
The business' substantial growth has led to it being described as one of Poland's fastest-growing companies[5] and compared to being a 'Polish Google'.[6]
Future Processing works across a number of sectors and has delivered a number of notable projects including the SmartFlow system to detect water losses, which has reduced water losses in Wroclaw by 6% and has been praised by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.[7] Other projects have included a system for automatically reading CT and MRI scans[8], software for a satellite collecting debris in space, and an IT system for the non-governmental organization FareShare, a British food bank.[9] Future Processing was also involved in PW-Sat2, the programme which produced the first Polish image from space.
The company was originally located in Bytom, but moved to Gliwice in 2008.[10] The company now has offices in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, the United States and Ukraine. It employs around 800 people.[11]
