Dara In (born in Kampot) is a Cambodian diplomat and lawyer, served as the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva and Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation.[1][2]

A career diplomat and legal expert, he previously served as Deputy Director-General for Legal, Consular and Boundary Affairs at Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, following his appointment as Assistant to the Ministry from 2016 to 2017.[1]

Alongside his diplomatic career, Mr. In has taught public international law, including the Law of the Sea and International Humanitarian Law at the Royal School of Administration in Cambodia, the Royal University of Law and Economics and the Pannasastra University of Cambodia.[1]

Mr. In is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He holds a Research Doctorate in Law from University College London, an LL.M. in International Law from University of Aberdeen, an LL.M. from Nagoya University, a Diploma of High Ranking Civil Servant in Diplomacy from the Royal School of Administration, an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics and an BBA from the National University of Management.[1]
