1960 tennis event results
Third-seeded Rod Laver defeated top seed Neale Fraser 5–7, 3–6, 6–3, 8–6, 8–6 in the final to win the men's singles tennis title at the 1960 Australian Championships. Laver saved a championship point in the fourth set.[1]
