The 1916 Transylvania Pioneers football team represented Transylvania University as a member the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) during the 1916 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Willis T. Stewart, the team compiled an overall record of 3–3–2, with a mark of 2–3–1 in conference play.
