Hugo Chávez

Si Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías (/ ˈtʃævɛz /, paglitok sa Espanya: [ˈuɣo rafaˈel ˈtʃaβes ˈfɾi.as]; Hulyo 28 1954 - Marso 5 2013) usa ka politiko nga pangulo sa Venezuela gikan sa 1999 hangtod sa iyang pagkamatay sa 2013.
