Ang pulung Bisdak nagpasabut sa mga lumad o nitibu nga mga Bisayâ[1] o sa mga tawu nga gikan gayud sa Kabisay-an. Ang maung pulung usa ka portmanteau u panagsumpay sa duha ka managlahing mga pulung nga Bisaya ug dakû u minubu sa hugpung sa mga pulung nga Bisayâ nga dakû u Bisayang dakû. Ang litiral nga kahulugan niini sa Ininglis mau ang "very much Bisayâ."

Apan alang sa uban, ang pulung limitadu sa mga matuud ug lumad nga Sugbuanun lamang,[2] way labut kadtung mga dili Sugbuanun.

Gigamit sab kini isip pulung panglarawan sa mga digital content creator nga namatikdang mahilig mag-codeswitching u magpulipuli ug pamulung tali sa Sinugbuanun ug Ininglis.[3]
