Years & Years adalah band synth-pop asal London, Inggris. Band ini terdiri atas Olly Alexander (vokalis), Mikey Goldsworthy (basis), dan Emre Türkmen (keyboardis).[1] Musik Years & Years sering dikategorikan sebagai pop elektro dengan sentuhan R&B dan musik house tahun 1990an.[2] Album studio mereka yang pertama, Communion, berada di puncak UK Albums Chart pada Juli 2015 dan menjadi album debut band asal Britania Raya dengan penjualan tercepat untuk tahun tersebut.[3] Beberapa lagu mereka yang cukup populer antara lain adalah "King", "Desire", dan "Sanctify". Band ini telah merilis dua album, Communion (2015) dan Palo Santo (2018). Selama karier musiknya, Years & Years telah banyak memeroleh nominasi penghargaan, seperti UK Music Video Awards (2018) dan Brit Awards (2019). Pada 2019, mereka memenangkan Silver Clef Award untuk kategori kelompok musik terbaik.[4]

Band ini bermula ketika Goldsworthy yang berasal dari Australia dan Türkmen, seorang arsitek, bertemu di media sosial findabandmate.com. Keduanya menjadi akrab karena sama-sama menyukai musik Radiohead. Tidak berselang lama, Alexander, yang merupakan teman Goldsworthy, turut bergabung ke dalam band. Alexander pada awalnya merintis karier sebagai seorang aktor. Ia sempat beberapa kali tampil di film dan serial televisi. Band ini semula beranggotakan lima orang sebelum akhirnya menjadi trio.[5]
