Usban (atau osban) (bahasa Arab: عصبان, pelafalan [ʕusˤbɑːn]) adalah sebuah jenis sosis tradisional di Aljazair, Tunisia dan Libya, yang diisi dengan campuran nasi, herbal, daging domba, hati dan jantung cincang.[1][2] Hidangan ini biasanya disajikan bersama dengan hidangan utama nasi atau couscous, sering kali pada acara-acara khusus.
