Umin Boya (lahir 1 Maret 1978), juga dikenal sebagai Ma Chih-hsiang(Hanzi: 馬志翔; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Má Chì-siông), adalah pemeran, sutradara, dan penulis penduduk asli Taiwan (separuh penduduk asli dari pihak ayahnya) yang menjadi sutradara dari film Kano (2014).[1] Ia juga berperan dalam film Wei Te-sheng Seediq Bale (2011).
