Tramazolin adalah zat kimia yang digunakan dalam bentuk tramazolin hidroklorida dalam sediaan dekongestan hidung.[1] Zat ini adalah agonis reseptor α-adrenergik yang menghambat sekresi lendir hidung. Obat ini dipatenkan pada tahun 1961 dan mulai digunakan dalam bidang medis pada tahun 1962.[2]
