Timotius Kaidel (lahir 15 Desember 1974) adalah politikus Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa yang menjabat sebagai Bupati Kepulauan Aru masa jabatan 2025–2030. Ia menjabat sejak 20 Februari 2025 setelah dilantik Presiden Prabowo Subianto di Istana Negara, Jakarta.[1]
Pada Pilbup Kepulauan Aru 2024, ia mencalonkan diri sebagai Bupati Kepulauan Aru masa jabatan 2025–2030 dengan menggandeng mantan Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru, Mohamad Djumpa. Pasangan calon ini berhasil unggul dengan meraih 31.456 suara atau 60,61% dari total suara sah.[2]
