Thali
Thali (bahasa Hindi: थाली, Nepal: थाली; artinya "piring") adalah sebuah masakan India dan Nepal yang terdiri dari berbagai hidangan. Hidangan Thali bervariasi dari daerah ke daerah di Asia Selatan dan biasanya disajikan dalam mangkuk kecil, yang disebut katori, diletakkan di atas nampan bulat. Masakan Thali sebenarnya sering disajikan pada nampan baja dengan beberapa kompartemen yang digunakan.
