Runcu inka (Lestoros inca), atau yang juga dikenal sebagai runcu peru,[4] adalah sebuah spesies runcu yang ditemukan di Pegunungan Andes Peru selatan. Spesies ini pertamakali dideskripsikan oleh zoolog Inggris Oldfield Thomas pada 1917. Panjang kepala dan tubuhnya digabungkan berkisar antara 9 hingga 11,5 sentimeter (3,5 hingga 4,5 in), dengan bobot antara 25 dan 32 gram (0,88 dan 1,13 oz). Warna bulunya cokelat di punggung dan lebih muda di bagian perut. Sedikit yang diketahui mengenai perilaku mereka; tampak hewan ini adalah hewan terestrial dan nokturnal. Mereka memakan invertebrata kecil dan serangga. Mereka hidup di hutan sekunder dan hutan kerdil. IUCN menggolongkan mereka sebagai spesies risiko rendah.
