Rhynia

Rhynia adalah jenis tumbuhan berpembuluh berspesies tunggal periode Devon. Spesies ini, yang dikenal dengan nama Rhynia gwynne-vaughanii, merupakan bagian dari sporofit,[1] yang merupakan generasi tumbuhan darat embriofit diplohaplontik berpembuluh. Pada Devon Awal, tumbuhan ini memiliki ciri-ciri anatomi yang lebih maju dibandingkan dengan tumbuhan berpembuluh. Rhynia gwynne-vaughanii juga termasuk dalam kelompok yang terkait erat dengan semua eutracheophyta lainnya, termasuk tumbuhan berpembuluh modern.
