Rhinodermatidae adalah sebuah famili kecil katak yang hidup di hutan-hutan di Chili dan Argentina.[1]

Katak dalam famili ini adalah jenis katak sintas paling basal pada kelompok Hyloidea. Kelompok ini bercabang dari kelompok lainnya pada periode Kapur Akhir. Dua kelompok genus dalam famili ini, Rhinoderma and Insuetophrynus, bercabang dari satu sama lain selama Paleosen. Ketiga spesies dalam famili ini terancam punah karena kerusakan habitat, spesies introduksi, dan sebuah penyakit jamur sitridiomikosis. Katak darwin chile (Rhinoderma rufum) barangkali kini telah punah.[2]
