Repatriasi Bleiburg (lihat terminologi) adalah sebuah istilah untuk menyebutkan peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi setelah akhir Perang Dunia II di Eropa, dimana sepuluh ribu prajurit dan warga sipil yang dikaitkan dengan Blok Poros yang melarikan diri ke Yugoslavia direpatriasi ke negara tersebut. Ribuan orang dibunuh dan dipaksa masuk kamp buruh. Peristiwa tersebut mengambil nama dari kota perbatasan Carinthian Bleiburg, dimana repatriasi utama dilakukan.
Pada 3 Mei 1945, pemerintah Negara Independen Kroasia (NDH), sebuah negara boneka fasis didirikan di bagian Kroasia dan Bosnia yang diduduki Yugoslavia, memutuskan untuk melarikan diri ke Austria dan sisa-sisa Pasukan Bersenjata Kroasia (HOS) ikut berpindah ke sana dalam rangka menyerah kepada Angkatan Darat Britania. Kemudian, Poglavnik (Pemimpin) NDH, Ante Pavelić, memerintah pasukan bersenjata tersebut untuk tidak menyerah kepada Partisan
