Abba Poemen Agung (Yunani: Ὁ Ἅγιος Ποιμήν; ποιμήν artinya "gembala") (s. 340–450) adalah seorang biarawan Kristen dan Bapa Gurun awal yang merupakan Abba (Bapa) yang paling banyak dikutip dalam Apophthegmata Patrum (Perkataan-perkataan Bapa Gurun). Abba Poemen sering kali dikutip karena memberikan hadiah berupa panduan spiritual, terefleksi dalam namanya "Poemen" ("Gembala"), alih-alih asketisisme.[1] Ia dianggap sebagai janasuci dalam Gereja Timur. Hari rayanya adalah 27 Agustus dalam kalender Julian (9 September dalam kalender Gregorian).
