Pedok (bahasa Inggris: [Paddock] Galat: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (bantuan)) adalah lapangan tertutup untuk kuda. Di Britania Raya, istilah ini juga mengacu pada area tertutup tim di belakang pit di kompetisi balap mobil, khususnya Formula 1.

Deskripsi

Di Kanada dan Amerika Serikat, pedok adalah lapangan tertutup yang digunakan untuk memelihara kuda. Desain yang paling umum menyediakan area untuk latihan dan sering kali terletak di dekat istal. Pedok yang lebih besar mungkin memiliki rumput yang dipelihara di dalamnya, tetapi banyak yang berupa tanah atau permukaan alami serupa. Dalam kasus tersebut drainase dan lapisan atas pasir sering digunakan untuk menjaga permukaan yang cocok di pedok.[1] Di Britania Raya, istilah ini juga mengacu pada area tertutup tim di kompetisi balap mobil, khususnya Formula 1.
