Partai Gay (bahasa Italia: Partito Gay), yang mana nama lengkapnya adalah Partito Gay per i diritti LGBT+, Solidale Ambientalista e Liberale ("Partai Gay untuk Hak-hak LGBT+, Solidaritas, Environmentalisme dan Liberal"), adalah grup politik Italia, menjadi yang pertama yang secara khusus bertujuan membela hak-hak keberagaman seksual.[1]
