Nebtu merupakan seorang ratu Mesir Kuno, ia adalah istri Thutmosis III.[1]

Ia digambarkan di sebuha pilar makam Thutmosis KV34 tempat firaun memimpin sebuah prosesi anggota keluarganya – dua Istri Kerajaan Agungnya Merytre-Hatshepsut dan Satiah, istrinya Nebtu dan putrinya Nefertari. Nama-nama Satiah dan Nefertari diikuti oleh maa kheru, menunjukkan bahwa mereka telah meninggal saat makam itu dibuat. Berbeda dengan nama dua istri lainnya, nama Nebtu tidak tertutup di dalam cartouche.[2]

Ia memiliki harta benda, di mana seorang pelayan bernama Nebamun dimakamkan di TT24.[3]

Terdapat juga seorang dewi yang bernama Nebtu, yang merupakan dewi padang pasir oasis dan istri Khnum.
