Mycologia adalah sebuah jurnal ilmiah tinjauan sejawat yang menerbitkan makalah tentang semua aspek fungi (jamur), termasuk lumut kerak. Jurnal ini pertama kali terbit sebagai jurnal dua bulanan pada Januari 1909, diterbitkan oleh New York Botanical Garden di bawah penyuntingan William Murrill. Jurnal ini kemudian menjadi jurnal resmi Mycological Society of America, yang masih menerbitkannya hingga saat ini. Mycologia terbentuk dari penggabungan Journal of Mycology (14 volume; 1885–1908) dan Mycological Bulletin (7 volume; 1903–1908). Mycological Bulletin dikenal sebagai Ohio Mycological Bulletin pada volume pertamanya.
