Mitellastra caulescens, atau yang dikenal sebagai slightstemmed miterwort,[2] star-shaped mitrewort,[3] leafy miterwort, atau creeping miterwort, adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga herba menahun dalam keluarga Saxifragaceae. Ini merupakan satu-satunya spesies dalam genus Mitellastra. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Amerika Utara bagian barat, di mana ia tumbuh di British Columbia, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, dan Washington.[1] Di California, penyebarannya terbatas di bagian barat laut negara bagian tersebut, tumbuh di sepanjang Pantai Utara serta di Pegunungan Klamath dan bagian luar serta tinggi dari Northern Coast Ranges.[4]

Tumbuhan ini tumbuh di tempat-tempat teduh yang lembap.[4]
