Milovan Djilas (Milovan Đilas) (diucapkan [mîlɔʋan dʑîla ː s], Serbian/Montenegrin Cyrillic: Милован Ђилас, 4 Juni 1911 - 20 April 1995) adalah seorang politikus komunis Yugoslavia, teoris dan penulis. Dia adalah tokoh kunci dalam gerakan Partisan selama Perang Dunia II dan juga pada masa pemerintahan paska perang. Merupakan seorang figur Sosialis Demokrat.[1] Djilas menjadi salah satu pembangkang paling terkenal dan terkemuka di Yugoslavia dan seluruh Blok Timur.[2][3]
