Masjid Kalenderhane (bahasa Turki: Kalenderhane Camii), sebelumnya bernama Gereja Theotokos Kyriotissa (bahasa Yunani: Εκκλησία Θεοτόκου Κυριώτισσας) adalah sebuah masjid peninggalan Bizantium yang berada di distrik Fatih, Provinsi Istanbul, Turki.[1] Bangunan ini awalnya merupakan bekas gereja Ortodoks Timur yang dibangun pada tahun 1197,[2][3][4] kemudian setelah peristiwa Penaklukan Konstantinopel tahun 1453 bangunan ini diubah menjadi masjid.[5][6]
