Majarete
Majarete (dibaca "ma-HA-re-te") adalah hidangan penutup khas dari sejumlah wilayah di Amerika Latin seperti Kosta Rika,[1] Venezuela, Kuba, Republik Dominika, dan Puerto Riko. Hidangan ini dibuat dari jagung dan merupakan sejenis flan atau krim yang manis.
Pembuatan
Untuk membuat hidangan ini, diperlukan santan dan tepung jagung. Keduanya dicampur dan dimasak selama setengah jam dengan vanilla, panela, dan kayu manis.
