Katedral Santo Yohanes Pembaptis di Chachapoyas [1] (bahasa Spanyol: Catedral de San Juan Bautista ), juga disebut Katedral Chachapoyas, adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di alun-alun utama kota Chachapoyas, ibu kota Departemen Amazonas, Peru.[2] Katedral ini merupakan pusat kedudukan dari Keuskupan Chachapoyas. Gereja katedral ini berada di bawah tanggung jawab pastoral Uskup Emiliano Antonio Cisneros Martínez.

Katedral ini didirikan pada tahun 1538. Statusnya ditingkatkan menjadi katedral dengan didirikannya Keuskupan Chachapoyas pada tanggal 2 Juni 1843, dipisahkan dari keuskupan Maynas oleh bulla "Ex Sublimi Petri" dari Paus Gregorius XVI.

Bangunan lama ini dibangun kembali pada tahun 1928 setelah gempa bumi dan kemudian dimodernisasi pada tahun 1970an, namun direnovasi sekali lagi pada tahun 2010 sehingga mengembalikan gaya aslinya.[3]
