Istana Inuyama (犬山城, Inuyama-jō) terletak di kota Inuyama, Prefektur Aichi, Jepang. Istana tersebut menghadap Sungai Kiso, yang dijadikan sebagai perbatasan antara prefektur Aichi dan Gifu. Istana Inuyama adalah salah satu dari hanya 12 istana Jepang yang masih berdiri yang dibangun sebelum zaman Edo.
