Kalsium selenida (CaSe) adalah sebuah senyawa anorganik yang terdiri dari unsur kalsium dan selenium dalam rasio stoikiometri yang sama.[1]
Pembuatan dan reaksi
Kalsium selenida dapat dibuat melalui reaksi antara kalsium dan H2Se dalam NH3 cair.[2]
- Ca + H2Se → CaSe + H2
Kalsium selenida akan bereaksi dengan indium(III) selenida dalam vakum pada suhu tinggi menghasilkan CaIn2Se4.[3]
- CaSe + In2Se3 → CaIn2Se4
