Kakavijë (bentuk pasti Albania: Kakavija; bahasa Yunani: Κακαβιά, Kakavia) adalah sebuah komunitas di Kabupaten Gjirokastër, Albania selatan.[1] Pada reformasi pemerintah daerah tahun 2015, komunitas ini menjadi bagian dari kotamadya Dropull.[2] Desa ini terletak di dekat penyeberangan perbatasan Kakavia/Kakavijë, dan merupakan bagian dari wilayah Dropull. Desa ini dihuni oleh anggota minoritas Yunani.[3].
