Judith Green Kelley (lahir 16 April 1967) adalah ilmuwan politik Denmark.

Judith Green Kelley adalah dosen kebijakan publik dan ilmu politik Kevin D. Gorter dan dekan pembantu senior di Sanford School of Public Policy di Universitas Duke. Ia mendapat gelar BA dari Universitas Stanford tahun 1995, MPP di bidang kebijakan publik dari Kennedy School of Government, Universitas Harvard, tahun 1997, dan PhD di bidang kebijakan publik dari Universitas Harvard tahun 2001.

Ia mempelajari penyebaran demokrasi, hak asasi manusia, dan pengaruh dunia internasional terhadap kebijakan dalam negeri. Ia dikenal karena karya-karya pertamanya tentang kondisionalitas dan sosialisasi, terutama kebijakan etnis minoritas berkaitan dengan perluasan Uni Eropa.[1] Ia juga merintis penelitian tentang pengawasan pemilihan umum[2] yang menghasilkan data dan analisis baru[3] tentang manfaat dan keefektifan pemilihan umum.[4] Karya terbarunya berfokus pada perangkat pengaruh baru seperti indikator tata kelola pemerintahan global.
