Most Rev. John Timon, C.M. (12 Februari 1797 – 16 April 1867) adalah Uskup Katolik Roma pertama dari Buffalo, New York dan pendiri kefrateran Bayi Kudus.

Biografi

John Timon lahir di Conewago, Pennsylvania dari imigran Irlandia asal County Cavan. Saat ia berusia tiga tahun, keluarganya pindah ke Baltimore, Maryland. Pada 1811, ia masuk St. Mary's College. Setelah lulus, ia bekerja dalam bisnis barang kering keluarganya. Pada 1818, keluarganya pindah ke Louisville, Kentucky. Mereka kembali berpindah setahun kemudian ke St. Louis, Missouri.[1]
