Jak Karnaval adalah acara karnaval yang diadakan dalam rangka memperingati hari jadi kota Jakarta. Kegiatan karnaval ini dimulai dari Balai Kota, Thamrin, Bundaran Hotel Indonesia dan berakhir Monumen Nasional.[1] Acara ini menampilkan parade mobil - mobil hias, peragaan kebudayaan Betawi serta aksi peragaan sirkus atau motor besar.[2]
