Hucap

Hucap, atau Tahu Kecap, adalah makanan tradisional khas Kuningan semacam Ketoprak atau Kupat Tahu namun sedikit berbeda dalam hal rasa dan penyajiannya. Makanan ini terbuat dari bahan dasar seperti tahu goreng, bumbu kecap, kuah kacang dan kupat.
