Honesto Ongtioco

Honesto "Nes" Flores Ongtioco (lahir 17 Oktober 1948) adalah seorang uskup Filipina dari Gereja Katolik Roma dan saat ini menjabat sebagai Administrator Apostolik Keuskupan Cubao. Ia menjabat sebagai Uskup pertama Keuskupan yang sama dari 28 Agustus 2003 hingga pensiun pada 3 Desember 2024. Sebelum diangkat ke Cubao, ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Balanga kedua di Bataan dari 18 Juni 1998 hingga 28 Agustus 2003; menggantikan uskup yang pensiun Celso Guevarra.[1] Ia juga menjabat sebagai Administrator Apostolik Keuskupan Malolos dari 12 Mei 2018 hingga 21 Agustus 2019.[2][3]
