Helen Zerlina Margetts[1] OBE FBA (lahir 15 September 1961) adalah Profesor mata kuliah Internet and Society di Oxford Internet Institute (OII), Universitas Oxford dan Profesor di Mansfield College. Beliau pernah mejabat sebagai direktur OII dari tahun 2011 hingga 2018. Saat ini, beliau menjabat sebagai Direktur Program Kebijakan Publik di Alan Turing Institute, lembaga nasional Inggris untuk ilmu data dan kecerdasan buatan.
