Geosat

GEOSAT (GEOdetic SATellite) adalah satelit observasi Earth US Navy, diluncurkan pada 12 Maret 1985 menjadi 800 km, 108 ° inklinasi orbit, dengan periode orbit 23.07 hari 330 lulus orbit. Satelit membawa altimeter radar yang mampu mengukur jarak dari satelit ke permukaan laut dengan presisi relatif sekitar 5 cm. Misi GM menyimpulkan September 30, 1986.
