Enchylaena adalah genus dari dua spesies semak tahunan kecil yang endemik di Australia. Tanaman dari genus ini secara umum dikenal sebagai barrier saltbush.
Genus ini dipublikasikan oleh Robert Brown pada tahun 1810, bersama dengan spesies Enchylaena tomentosa. Sejumlah spesies dugaan telah dipublikasikan sejak saat itu, namun semuanya kecuali satu telah dipindahkan ke genus lain, atau dianggap sinonim dengan E. tomentosa. Pengecualiannya adalah Enchylaena lanata, yang dipublikasikan oleh Paul G. Wilson pada tahun 1984.
