Eksudat adalah cairan yang dikeluarkan oleh sebuah organisme melalui pori-pori atau luka, suatu proses yang dikenal sebagai eksudasi.[1] Eksudat berasal dari kata exude 'mengeluarkan',[2] dari bahasa Latin exsūdāre 'mengeluarkan keringat' (ex- 'keluar' dan sūdāre 'berkeringat').[3]
