Edward Dominic Fenwick, O.P. (19 Agustus 1768 – 26 September 1832) adalah seorang prelat Gereja Katolik Amerika Serikat, imam Dominikan dan uskup Cincinnati pertama di Ohio. Fenwick mendirikan gereja Katolik pertama di Kentucky dan Ohio bersama dengan provinsi Dominikan pertama di Amerika Serikat.
