Cyanea platyphylla adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga langka dalam suku lonceng yang dikenal dengan nama umum puna cyanea dan flatleaf cyanea. Tumbuhan ini endemik di pulau Hawaii, di mana terdapat kurang dari 100 tanaman yang tersisa di alam liar.[2] Tumbuhan ini terdaftar secara federal sebagai spesies terancam punah. Seperti spesies Cyanea lainnya, tumbuhan ini dikenal sebagai haha dalam bahasa Hawaii.[3]
Lobelioid Hawaii ini adalah perdu yang mencapai ketinggian maksimal 3 meter. Tumbuhan ini menghasilkan bunga berwarna putih, merah, atau kekuningan bergaris merah.[2]
Tanaman ini tumbuh di hutan basah, termasuk yang berada di lereng timur Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea, dan Kīlauea. Tumbuhan ini terancam oleh degradasi habitatnya akibat babi liar, ternak, dan spesies tanaman eksotis.[2]
