Bulolo adalah sebuah kota di Provinsi Morobe, Papua Nugini. Kota tersebut sempat menjadi pusat pengerukan emas berpengaruh di bekas Teritorial Nugini,[1] yang terletak di Sungai Bulolo, sebuah cabang dari Sungai Markham, sekitar 32 km (20 mi) dari barat laut Wau. Kota tersebut dilayani oleh Bandar Udara Bulolo.
