Banha (/'banhæ/ bahasa Arab Mesir: بنها pelafalan [ˈbænhæ], bahasa Koptik: [ⲡⲁⲛⲁϩⲟ] Galat: {{Lang}}: unrecognized language tag: Koptik (bantuan)) adalah ibu kota Kegubernuran Al Qalyubiyah di timur laut Mesir. Terletak di antara ibu kota Kairo dan kota Tanta, Benha adalah pusat transportasi penting, karena jalur kereta api dari Kairo ke berbagai kota di Delta Nil melewatinya. Benha didirikan sebagai sebuah kota pada 1850.
