Ashur-nirari V (cuneiform Neo-Asiria:
Aššur-nārāri, artinya "Ashur penolongku")[1] adalah raja Kekaisaran Neo-Asiria dari 755 SM sampai kematiannya pada 745 SM. Ashur-nirari adalah putra dari Adad-nirari III (m. 811–783 SM) dan menggantikan saudaranya Ashur-dan III sebagai raja. Ia berkuasa pada masa keruntuhan Asiria dari beberapa sumber yang ada. Sehingga, masa pemerintahannya kurang dikenal, selain perkembangan politik besar.
