Agusta (sekarang bagian dari AgustaWestland ) adalah produsen helikopte Italia. Perusahaan ini bermarkas di Samarate, Italia Utara . Perusahaan ini adalah anak perusahaan dari Finmeccanica . Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Count Giovanni Agusta pada tahun 1923, yang terbang dengan pesawat pertamanya pada tahun 1907. Produsen sepeda motor MV Agusta dimulai sebagai cabang dari perusahaan penerbangan Agusta pada akhir Perang Dunia Kedua sebagai sarana untuk mengamankan pekerjaan dari karyawan perusahaan Agusta.
