Aeonium canariense adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini membentuk roset daun yang besar di dekat tanah, tetapi paku bunga kuningnya dapat tumbuh hingga setinggi 70 cm. Spesies ini endemik di Kepulauan Canaria, dengan lima subspesies yang berasal dari pulau yang berbeda.[1] Subspesies canariense adalah tanaman asli Tenerife di Kepulauan Canaria, tempat ia tumbuh di lereng kering dan tebing di bagian utara pulau dari permukaan laut hingga sekitar 1300 m.[3]: 162
