Acromyrmex adalah sebuah genus semut Dunia Baru dalam subfamili Myrmicinae. Genus ini dapat ditemukan di Amerika Selatan dan beberapa bagian Amerika Tengah, Meksiko dan Kepulauan Karibia, dan mencakup 35 spesies. Umumnya dikenal sebagai semut pemakan daun, genus ini membentu salah satu dua genera semut peternak jamur pada tribus Attini, bersamaan dengan Atta.
