Acroglochin adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Amaranthaceae.[1]

Taksonomi

Genus Acroglochin pertama kali ditetapkan pada tahun 1822 oleh Heinrich Schrader.[2] Acroglochin biasanya diklasifikasikan dalam subfamili Betoideae, karena seperti semua Betoideae lainnya, buahnya merupakan kapsul yang pecah secara sirkumsisil. Namun, genus ini terbukti terisolasi secara filogenetik. Hubungannya belum pasti, kemungkinan genus ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai subfamilinya sendiri.[3] Penelitian molekuler pada tahun 2016 memberikan bukti untuk penyertaannya ke dalam subfamili Corispermoideae.[4]
